Stress is a factor

It going to come a time in your life, more than once shall I add, that you will be under tremendous stress! Let me be the one to help you manage your stress. First, always address the problem within 24-48 hours so that it does not fester and worry you. Give yourself time to think over the situation and come up with a solution. Secondly, It is okay to run your situation by a trusted friend or family member. And I do say "trusted". You CAN NOT receive advice from everyone. Sometimes it's just better to hear the situation being spoken out loud to help give clarity. Once you have done this now, it is time to confront the situation so that the problem can be resolved and you can begin to move on with your life. Stress is sure to happen in our day-to-day lives. We as productive people have to be able to recognize it, focus on the solution not the stressor and execute the resolution with accuracy. To a less stressful tomorrow! I really hope these tips help!
