Trials they will come
If you are like me, a mother who wears many hats, then you should know trials of every kind oh, so well! How I like to deal with things is take it one trial at a time. Starting with the most important or most time sensitive trial, I complete that first. Sometimes I know things may feel a little overwhelmed and you kind of want to crawl under your covers and not get out of bed. But, you have to remember the faster you solve the problem the easier your next day will be. To make things easier always organize your papers and mail so that you can locate any needed documents. Try to make most of your calls first thing in the morning while your mind is fresh and you can respond quickly to any needed items. Always, try to work in a quite area so that you can concentrate and put your best foot forward. If you can accomplish something in the morning or while the children are sleep or at school this will help you bring your list down tremendously. I hope these tips will help you.

How to get over him!
Have you wondered how to get over someone possibly a male who has left you hurt or feeling cold and disconnected? You have this guy that you've met,you and him hit it off dinner, late night conversation, outings together and finally sex. Suddenly your male counterpart has left you with no call backs or texts like normal. Ladies, I know the first thing you do is start calling him and start 2nd guessing yourself thinking you have done something wrong. Stop that! We women/mothers are strong and love hard when we believe we found that special person.
If that guy does not call you back, I say yes, call him a "few" times and let him know you are thinking of him. If you do not get a response well that's your answer he is not thinking or checking his phone for you! It's harsh but it is reality! So, brush your self off and push those feeling aside. It may take a moment for you to forget about him, but he does not have to know that! When you see him again ,and you will, have a non-chalant attitude and be friendly but keep it moving only with a hello and goodbye. Do not give him the satisfaction of seeing you hurt or seeing that you miss him. Do other things to keep you occupied in order to help get over him. These things really work I've been there and done it! Hopefully if you trust in me, they will work for you!

Minding your business
Are you constantly doing everything for everyone else besides yourself? If your a mother I am sure that you are. The tip for today is to mind your business! Do you have a talent that you have stored away due to raising your children? This talent may be painting, writing poetry, running for a political position? Whatever your passion is I am telling you to find the energy to start at it now. In life you will always regret what you DID NOT do rather the things you DID do. So by minding your business you will pay more attention to making YOU happy by trying out YOUR skills. The world is filled with people who hate their jobs, hate being away from their family and so on. I'm asking you when you're older, do you want to look back at your life and want a
"do over?" If not,I suggest you start "minding your business".

Are you looking Rich but struggling?
In some cultures in America it is okay to "look" rich but still be struggling to pay for necessities. My question to you, is it okay to look rich but still struggle? The answer is bluntly NO! We as a country must learn to live within our own means. I say this for a few reasons; a lot of the younger people do not have rich work ethics. Instead they are materialistic accumulating more things than needed. Would you pay almost $100 for a toddler a pair of shoes that they'll grow out of in a few weeks, or possibly a $50.00 shirt that will get spit up on and out grew in weeks also? I must say Some people should value their money a little more than buying clothing to look rich. It is okay to want the finer things in life, but one step at a time. If your money can only afford you finer things in life, then you are living in your means, but if you are broke working paycheck to paycheck after purchases than there is a possibility you are trying to look or live richly on a small budget. Which are you living on?

Holding on to him because he's familiar.
I use to know this all to well, you know staying in a cold relationship for different reasons just because you and him have history. If you find yourself not caring about when and what he does then you are probably holding on to him because he is a familiar face. Sometimes we women tend to try to fix a man who doesn't want to be fixed. When a man or woman is feed up it takes a massive amount of time to get back on track. Late nights, partying, text messages that are concealed could only mean one thing someone in the relationship is not feeling complete anymore. It's plenty of distractions in today's society; if you want to really make it work you must cut all ties to the outsiders. Then and only then will you be able to sit down and talk about what is causing you to feel disconnected from your partner. It may take a few sessions of talking and working toward changing both of your attitudes but with hard work, more romance and time you can keep holding on to that familiar person.

Don't Sass me Boy!
Everyone has a time when their child does not agree with what you have told them so what do they do, sass and mumble under their breath. Sternly I say "don't sass me boy!" Sometimes that lightens the mood and we can move on and sometimes my child needs his quite time to rethink the situation. If you have a similar opportunity, my mom-2-mom tip would be to talk with your child away from the other children, just you and him. Hearing out your child's concerns or theory will make your child feel like you value their opinion. Now, in reality we as parents will need to stand our ground and teach our children that we are here not to live their life but to pass our knowledge on to them so that when they enter the world they will be a little more prepared for the constant changes. I as a parent do not allow sass or back talking; in the real world no one else will either. So on that note, if your child gives you that "look" and mumbles don't forget to tell them "Don't Sass me Boy" and continue on being FABULOUS!
